The Vaishno Devi Temple in Haridwar is a frequently visited site, both by religious devotees and nature lovers because of the stunning view of the surrounding landscape.

After climbing a flight of steep stairs and crawling through a narrow tunnel, the devotees are blessed with the sight of the idol of Maa Vaishno Devi and the replicas of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. It is widely believed that the Vaishno Devi Temple of Haridwar was constructed in the memory of Trikuta, a devotee of Lord Ram. Sadly, it has been closed permanently owing to the risk to the safety and security. A new glass bridge is set to come up adjacent to Lakshman Jhula. However, it is still used by pedestrians but bikes are strictly not allowed.

The Lakshman Jhula is well-known amongst tourists because it is believed that Lord Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Rama, had crossed the river Ganga at this same site.

The construction of the bridge was completed in the year 1929, and presently, the Lakshman Jhula acts as an adjoining bridge across the river, along with the old route to the sacred shrines of Badrinath and Kedarnath. Grand temples and famous markets have sprung up in the vicinity, and the entire area is now a particularly renowned attraction in entire Rishikesh.

Our Chota Char Dham Yatra experience with TourTripX exceeded our expectations. The carefully selected hotels provided comfort and quality, with the exception of Kedarnath, where challenging conditions were handled as best as possible. Despite limitations, the effort to manage the situation showcased a commitment to our well-being. Remarkably, there was considerable flexibility in choosing hotels, allowing us to tailor our experience. This flexibility, uncommon in many travel agencies, added a personalized touch to our journey.

The overall pricing of the package was reasonable, reflecting a commitment to delivering value. While we had a desire for a helicopter ride (to Kedarnath), the inability to arrange one was understandable given the complexities in this corrupt system. Honesty from the travel agency about the situation demonstrated integrity.

The brand-new car provided for the journey added to the overall comfort and safety.

Proactive communication throughout the trip was commendable, reflecting genuine concern for our well-being. Prompt resolution of any issues demonstrated dedication to customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, the personalized approach, professionalism, and commitment significantly contributed to making our Chota Char Dham Yatra a truly enriching and memorable experience. I highly recommend their services for anyone planning a similar journey. A special thanks to Utkarsh, who assisted us from day one until our yatra concluded, essentially from Hyderabad to Hyderabad (end to end).
