1. About Us

HaridwarTourTrip.com is operated by TourTripX Travel Solutions Private Limited, a company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), India. Registered address: Uttar Pradesh, India. By booking a tour package with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment via our official TourTripX company bank account. The remaining 50% balance is due at least 24 hours before the tour departure date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by our team.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all standard road packages:

For helicopter packages, a stricter policy applies: 28+ days: 30% retained; 15–28 days: 50% retained; 8–14 days: 75% retained; 7 days or less, no-show, or post-commencement: no refund.

4. Inclusions and Exclusions

Each package page lists specific inclusions and exclusions. As a general rule, packages include accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner (pure vegetarian), private AC vehicle, and all toll/parking/fuel charges. Lunch, temple entry tickets, guide fees, personal expenses, pony/palki/helicopter charges at trekking points, and adventure activities are excluded unless explicitly stated.

5. Force Majeure and Weather

TourTripX Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays, curtailments, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to bad weather, landslides, road closures, government orders, natural disasters, or acts of God. We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements where possible. No refunds are provided for delays caused by force majeure events.

6. Health and Fitness

Pilgrims undertaking high-altitude tours (Char Dham, Kedarnath, Panch Kedar) are advised to consult a physician before booking. We are not responsible for any health complications arising during the tour. Pilgrims with serious heart, respiratory, or mobility conditions should disclose these at the time of booking.

7. Government Registration

Char Dham Yatra registration is mandatory as per Uttarakhand government regulations. We assist with the registration process, but the responsibility for completing registration lies with the pilgrim. We are not liable for denial of entry due to incomplete or invalid registration.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package booked. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. All vehicles are insured, and drivers are verified. However, we are not liable for accidents, theft, or personal injury during the tour.

9. Hotel and Vehicle Terms

Standard hotel check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to substitute hotels of equivalent or higher category if the booked property is unavailable. Vehicle substitutions of equivalent capacity may occur in exceptional circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
