The Premium Char Dham Experience
Four sacred shrines. Six days. From the Himalayan skies.
The Char Dham — Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath — are the holiest Hindu shrines in the Garhwal Himalayas, nestled between 3,000 and 3,800 metres. By road, the pilgrimage takes 10–12 days of demanding drives and includes a 16 km trek to Kedarnath. By helicopter, the same yatra is completed in six days, with every flight operated by certified Himalayan aviation operators.
This package is designed for pilgrims who want the spiritual completeness of Char Dham without the physical strain — ideal for elderly parents, families with young children, NRIs on short trips, and anyone for whom time is precious. VIP darshans at every temple. Premium hotel accommodation with all meals. The Sersi-to-Kedar helicopter shuttle eliminates the Kedarnath trek entirely. And at Yamunotri, palki or pony service up to the shrine is included.
Early-bird rates start at ₹2,30,000 per person when booked 2–3 months in advance. In peak season (May–June), rates are typically in the ₹2,50,000 range due to heavy demand and aviation slot pricing. Book early to lock in the better tier.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
6 days, four sacred shrines.
Day 1
Dehradun · Reporting Day
Airport pickup · Tour briefing · Overnight
Arrival day at Dehradun — the main base for your Char Dham helicopter yatra. Pickup from Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant), railway station, or bus stand based on your arrival time. Check into the hotel to unwind. At 7:00 PM, a mandatory Tour Briefing takes place where the team covers the flight sequence, weather protocol, and safety guidance. Duffel bags are issued for your 5 kg personal baggage allowance. Body weight of each pilgrim is recorded for flight balancing — attendance is essential. Dinner and overnight at Dehradun.
Day 2
Yamunotri Dham
Dehradun → Kharsali · Palki/pony to shrine · VIP darshan
Early morning transfer to the helipad for your first Himalayan flight. Fly to Kharsali (near Yamunotri) — a scenic ride over snow-capped Garhwal peaks. Short ground transfer to the Yamunotri temple base, followed by palki or pony service (included, subject to availability) up to the shrine. VIP darshan at Yamunotri Temple — the source of the Yamuna river and abode of Goddess Yamuna. Overnight at Kharsali in comfortable hotel accommodation with all meals included.
Day 3
Gangotri Dham
Kharsali → Harsil · Drive to Gangotri · VIP darshan
After breakfast, fly from Kharsali to Harsil — the picturesque apple valley close to Gangotri. Ground transfer (approx. 25 km, 1 hour) to the Gangotri temple — the abode of Goddess Ganga and one of the most revered shrines of the Char Dham. VIP darshan. Time permitting, a brief visit to Bhagirath Shila where King Bhagirath is said to have meditated to bring the Ganga to earth. Overnight at Harsil with all meals included.
Day 4
Kedarnath Dham
Harsil → Sersi base · Sersi–Kedar shuttle · VIP darshan
Fly from Harsil to Sersi (near Guptkashi) — the Kedarnath helicopter shuttle base. From Sersi, a short shuttle flight takes you right to Kedarnath at 3,583 m, skipping the 16 km trek entirely. VIP darshan at Kedarnath Temple — one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and arguably the most dramatic setting of any Indian shrine. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple. Return shuttle to Sersi. Overnight at Sersi with all meals included.
Day 5
Badrinath Dham
Sersi → Badrinath helipad · Mana village · VIP darshan
Morning flight to the Badrinath helipad. Visit Tapt Kund (natural hot sulphur spring) before VIP darshan at Badrinath Temple — the abode of Lord Vishnu. If time allows, visit Mana — the last Indian village before the Tibetan border — with Vyas Gufa, Bhim Pul, and the source of the Saraswati river. Return to the helipad. Overnight at Badrinath with all meals included.
Day 6
Return to Dehradun
Badrinath → Dehradun · Airport drop
After breakfast, board the return helicopter flight to Dehradun — a scenic 90-minute journey over the Garhwal Himalayas, retracing the spiritual route you've just completed.
